Anomic
When researching random cities for bands that Officially Rock, I came across a two man band named Anomic. What comes out of a duet is, well, impressive! You would be hard pressed to guess this was only two dudes by just listening out of the blue. However many are in the band, matters not. What matters is they fuckin’ rock.

Hailing from the arctic plains of Fargo, North Dakota, Anomic has a hard rock sound that’s as distinct as its location is unlikely. With a unique rock style that draws influence from the Chevelle’s tone, the swing-time hooks of Queens of the Stone Age, and the progressive structures of Tool, the band has certainly created echoes in their area. They self-produced a full-length LP, Moth Dust, in 2013, and have shared the stage with national acts like Nonpoint, Saliva, Taproot, Smile Empty Soul, and 12 Stones.
